industry. We train you to go to work and make money in the motion picture and television
industries, thus enabling those desiring to improve their craft and to rise up into successful
Producing, Directing, Acting, and Writing an excellent opportunity to actually do so.

Production Managers, Vice Presidents of Feature Film Production from Warner Brothers and

which is conducted four evenings a week for around five months and learn how to acquire,
budget, schedule, fund and make real professional, major release theatrical motion pictures
rather than low level entry product. Film distribution is included in this program.

Supervisor Course and come away with the knowledge and skills to start working in films

Many of the present day Writers, Producers, Directors, and Actors have started as Script
Supervisors, including some trained by Durgin. Script Supervising is, and always has been,
the stepping-stone to Directing. Many prominent Directors, including some recently trained by
Durgin and now Directing, started by working as Script Supervisors. "John Schlessinger, an
Academy Award winning Director told me that he started as a Script Supervisor," says Durgin.
"Also, Walter Mirisch told me last month (in May, 2008)," continues Durgin, " that Sam
Peckinpah started in that job." It's been said that even John Ford and Alfred HItchcock started
films in that position. It is still the stepping-stone today for many really wishing to Direct films.
